I am pleased to announce the opening of a tri-state ceramics exhibit at the Saxonburg Area Artists Cooperative Gallery.
The Saxonburg Area Artists Co-op, Saxonburg
PA is hosting an exhibition exploring how regional ceramic artists interpret
and use the daily cup. The exhibition will focus on each artist’s personal
style and their choice of a cup for personal use. The goal is to offer a
collection of the wide array of approaches in making the humble cup and its
place in daily rituals.
Ceramic artists from Western and Central PA, West Virginia and Ohio have been invited to exhibit a handmade cup of their own design. Cups will be displayed tandem, giving the public the opportunity to explore different styles of hand crafted cups and what ceramic artists find important to use in their daily lives.
